“A Dayton original.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2014

If you're in Dayton, then you have to go to Marion's. It's an institution. I have found the pizza is not everyone's thing, but to me, it's the best thin crust pizza, but things you grew up on always taste great :) A bit pricey for what you get especially if you go with the super cheese, which is good, but not worth the price in my opinion.

I go extra cheese with sausage and pepperoni. Extra crispy. Ask them to make it in the "old oven" if they have one.

“Best pizza in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2014

Marion's neighborhood pizza restaurants are all over the Dayton area for good reason - the pizza is the best in town so there are lots of customers

“The ORIGINAL edge to edge pizza”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2013

You cannot beat this pizza................crisp crust, cut in bite size pieces. I prefer to order extra cheese and tomato sauce. The quality of their pizza is the same today as it was over 40 years ago. The sausage is not large and lumpy as you often find. The onions and green peppers are cut fine, helping all of the ingredients blend in the flavor profile. The ingredients are generous and cover the pie on ALL edges.

Their price may be a little more than some, but it is worth it.

We live in a city 120 miles away, but do not hesitate to make an occasional trip to Dayton for our FIX!!!

“Pizza v. Pizza”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2013

In Dayton there are Marion's Pizza people and Cassano's Pizza King people. I grew up there. I've been a Cassano's person since I was about 6. Marion's is a poor a incomplete imitation of the original masters. That it is corporately stronger than Cassano's at present is no reflection on their pizza. It is bland as always. Vic & Mom rule.
