I have stayed at other Country Inn & Suite properties and this was the worst ever. Checkin clerk was unable to determine that my Club Carlson card was on the account. Hotel shows many signs of wear and tear - I'm told new owners bought the place in the past 3 months. Pillows are the softest I've ever experienced - like a marshmallow. Slow internet service in the lobby and virtually none in the room. They ran out of shampoo today - the housekeepr took my half-empty bottles and left nothing in return. I think their rate is around $85/night but there are a couple of motels really close by that probably provide a better experience for half that.

One good point - excellent appples and bananas on the breakfast buffet.

I called to reconfirm my reservation only to find that they only booked me for the second night of my stay and night my night of arrival. They did have an available room even though the hotel was booked. The Hot Tub was out of order which would've been nice for my sore knee's after driving for 5 hours and the pool was dirty. The breakfast was pathetic. Very little food and the juice machine wasn't working and this was at 7:30 on a Saturday morning with only 10 people there. When I returned to my room after my seminar, I found my bed unmade, trash in the trash cans and only my dirty towels were removed. The Bathroom floor was sticky when I first arrived in the room and I made sure I wore my slippers in the bathroom and on the carpets since they were not vacuumed. There was a furnace/AC unit in a closet in my room which would not shut off all night and I averaged 3 hours of sleep. When I was checking my room prior to check-out Ifound trash under the folds of the bedspread that wasn't mine since I only brought canned beverages in the room and this was plastic lids with straws.

Mr Anthony and his Staff are doing great job, everything was great, clean and professional. I will strongly reccomend this hotel to all people who are travelling thru this area. G.Nestorovic

The hotel smelled, service was terrible, spoke with a "manager" about a bed bug issue but she knew nothing about her hotel or customer service. Room wasnt bad just dated. Breakfast was bad. People were just rude and wouldnt recoment it to anyone.
