We stayed here because we saw a review on "insider pages' that said it was clean and one of the nicer properties in Willcox. The room was not clean. The only good thing about the room was a comfortable bed. We arrived at about 5pm and were told the room wasn't clean but if we went to dinner it would be ready. We had a bite to eat and returned. The room was ready. This is a low budget place. It was $40 for the night. I can handle most anything for one night. At about two in the morning an argument took place outside our door; a man demanding a closer parking spot to his room and the attendant, a woman, telling him she could not do much about it. He made terrible insults to her and the argument escalated into profanity and she threatened to call the police. Things quieted down for a few minutes then they were at it again. After the argument was over the women went back to her room (must have been her living quarters) which happened to be next to ours. A man physically assaulted her and all was heard between the rooms. After about another half hour things quieted down. We left early and there was no one available to check us out. We left the key in the room. Never again. I asked one other guest if she had heard the fight. She said she had not but had water leaking from the ceiling in her room. Find somewhere else.
