We were not disappointed in our experience at Spasso. The homemade tri-colored ravioli with chicken was delicious as was the house made Parpadelle alla bolognesese. The fresh cooked pasta was al dente and the portions were large. The warm fresh bread had hints of roasted garlic throughout and smelled and tasted yummy, especially with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The restaurant itself is charming and reminded me of the delightful trattorias we went to in Italy. The food was authentic using the recipes of the owners mother. The staff was warm, attentive and helpful as was the owner who took great pride in his food and restaurant. We are from out of state on vacation and are so happy that we found this wonderful, truly italian restaurant.
