I disagree about the Trolley. It was a waste of money. They only take you to stores they want you to go to. Aside from the market, which is that last stop, the other stops hold nothing of interest. What most people want to see is what the trolley goes right past - downtown Juarez. The real Juarez. You get no cultural tour with the trolley. We wanted to see the town plaza, the cathedral, more of Juarez. That is not possible with the trolley route, and we were very disappointed. You can see more by walking across the bridge at the end of El Paso street, then walking about 1/3mile into town on a major road, or if you decide to take they trolley, just stay on till the last stop, get off and see the market, then walk a few more blocks down Ave 15 September and see the real Juarez. Unfortunately we didn't know there was a real Juarez till we were on the trolley heading back to El Paso.
