Lets just say before this stay I would go out of my way to stay at a Hilton chain hotel. I was a Gold Hilton Honors member, now I am a La Quinta points member. Ive stayed at La Quinta's all over South West and I am hooked, if its a company owned hotel, I get consistent quality, freindly smiles, and outstanding service. Kudos to the staff for all the locations Ive stayed at. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I look forward to my next stay.

Stayed here one night, arriving from Phoenix. They allow pets and we were transporting two cats. The room was clean and quiet, and had a security guard watching the parking lot during the night. They gave me a Goverment rate of $65, but after the city, county and state taxes, it was $75.08 per night. There were no restaurants nearby that appealed to us, and traffic was so bad we walked over to Applebee's - should have walked a little further to a Mexican restaurant.

We had stayed here before it was great. This time it was different, the only thing good was the service desk person was very friendly. The room smell so bad we had to go get cleaner and clean. The had not been clean before, we found personal belongs from the person that was in there before us. We went to the contiental breakast which stopped at 9:00, the lady that clean it up was very rude, it was 9:05, she came and took the muffins and fruit right from our hands and stated, they were closed.
