$52/night is right on point for this hotel. I was not overly impressed, but it worked out fine. Bedding was clean and comfortable. These are all exterior entrance rooms, and I saw a security guard walking around a night. Nice to see.
The room itself was average. Bathroom smelled strongly of urine when I arrived...no idea why. Bathtub was worn and very uninviting. It suited me for a shower, however. And, for some reason, there was a cigarette smell coming from some adjoining room via the bathroom vent. It made my whole room smell like an old bar. I simply closed the bathroom door and problem solved. My stay was a week long. I would stay here again, but if my stay were to be longer than a week, I'd likely find a different hotel.
