We like to go to Brownings and do so often primarily because of the location. I want this new and improved Brownings to be great, but they are missing some key ingredients that I hope they will consider changing. Wine...they only have a "box" cabernet and one pinot noir for reds. I know they consider themselves a tequila bar, but sometimes we just want a decent glass of wine with our dinner. Food: There are some tasty options, but i wish they would consider adding a few interesting culinary dishes that would distinguish them from the typical tex-mex restaurant. Nothing too high brow, but look at the menu (and reviews on tripadvisor) for Cafe Diablo. It is a Tex-Mex restaurant located in a small Utah town. They have imaginative dishes with fresh ingredients that are as attractive as they are delicious. Lastly keep your website updated. I know you have bands often on weekends and your salsa night is popular, but I couldn't find anything about it on your website. Under events, it still describes the grand reopening of the restaurant a year or two ago. We support our locally owned restaurants and want them to do well. Please take they comments as constructive criticism because we want Brownings in the neighborhood for a long time.
