We stayed here for 6 nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We travel with 2 small dogs and La Quintas are known for being pet friendly. We had no problem here. The breakfast was rather sparse, especially on Thanksgiving Day. They had a waffle maker, but most things were not stocked. They did make coffee when we told them they were out. The other mornings they had bagels, boiled eggs, cereal and toast. The rooms were fine. The wifi worked fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This is not a high dollar hotel. This is a budget place that is a step above. If the charge were $100+ a night, I would say stay elsewhere; however for the money this place is a very good value. I do have to agree with the person that mentioned the staff is out front smoking a lot; however they were friendly and helpful. We would stay again and probably will since it is only 2 miles from my Mom's house.

The crowning blow, after many deficiencies, was we were OVER CHARGED. A call to Teresa Ferguson, Director of Communications & Public Relations did not improve things at all. I left a message regarding the OVER CHARGE three days ago with all the info needed to reach me but we have hear nothing back. Here are a few of the deficiencies: No waffle mix available; had to ask for food items that should have been there; had to ask for eating utensils; breakfast area not ready at 7:00 am as scheduled for weekends; desk clerk out side smoking when you go to desk; MILDEW on shower curtain; mattress had a metal rod on side that hit you in the shin getting in bed; coffee pot only makes one cup at a time!!!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON STAYING AT THIS LOCATION...THERE ARE A MANY BETTER PLACE IN LITTLE ROCK.
