Great modern, clean hotel in cool location close to the RiverMarket/ RiverWalk. We took our kids this trip an dthey loved the excellent park an dsplash pad just blocks away on the riverfront. Also the hotel has free breakfast, clean OUTDOOR pool (little chilly for us), and a great back patio with gas fire pit. Would go back with kids or just me and the hubby. My new hotel for trips to visit family in Little Rock!.

I liked this hotel a lot. It was new, in a great location where we could explore the city on foot from, and the quality of the rooms and breakfast were better than other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Recommended to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Little Rock.

Having stayed at multiple hotels in town, this location is by far the best. Close to the river district, great staff, clean large rooms. For the price no one can compete, parking should be comp but you can't have everything.

We stayed here based on the reviews of others. The location is very good and the rooms are clean and new. The off site parking would be a problem in bad weather, but other than that it is a very nice hotel. You can park out front to load and unload which I would recommend if you have more than one suitcase. Otherwise you have to park in the parking garage and drag all your stuff through the pool area which is not covered and into the back of the hotel. The lobby where you check in is small and very busy so get there before check in time to avoid the crowds. Our room was ready by 1:30PM so we were there before most of the people arrived. The free breakfast was good and offers ample food for most people. It is quite a walk to the Robinson Music Hall so we drove to the Capitol Bar & Grill for supper and parked for free. Then we walked two blocks to the concert. It is easy to get around in the downtown area and we will return again.
