“Wonderful Bed & Breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2013

We will definitely be back. Loved the room! Karen and her mother were wonderful. We stayed in the Grady-Manning room. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute which we truly appreciated. I found the location to be great for us, easy access to the interstate and close to Broadway. We were intrigued by the stories of the home they shared with us. Very charming place to stay.

Beautiful home and gracious hostesses, Miriam and Karen! All the amenities you could want and more! Special touches that are so appreciated by tired travelers! I loved the relaxing jacuzzi tub, a bubble tub that cleans itself! I normally don't use them, but I felt everything was so clean, so I indulged with rose scented bath salts, compliments of the house! Very comfortable bed and super soft sheets! We were there on a weekday and felt so relaxed, the sunroom upstairs is perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Breakfast was served in the downstairs sunroom and we enjoyed a hearty and delicious meal while chatting with Miriam and Karen. We loved hearing the story of the house and their restoration of it. The house is located on a beautiful street surrounded by beautiful restored homes in an historical district. It is only three blocks from the Governor's mansion. We would definitely return to Robinwood and highly recommend it when in Little Rock!!!

Room Tip: We checked out all the rooms, they all looked great! I don't think I have a preference, each on...

We stayed one night at the Robinwood, and it was wonderful. We stayed in the Marian room, and the bed and sheets were the most comfortable that I have EVER slept in! I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast...Karen and her mother were very sweet hostesses. It's a great place to go even living close by to just escape "reality" for a short time. Thank you!

Room Tip: The Marian room- bed and sheets are AMAZING!

This is the way a B&B should be!! From the first contact before we even arrived until we settled in our host was perfect in every way -- cordial, friendly, engaging. The house itself is wonderful and she showed us around and told us all about it. The room was so special and the bed heavenly. Little touches made Robinwood a cut above -- hospitality baskets of the niceties, like shampoos, etc. and a snack corner for the guests with goodies, sodas, and even beer, all available at all times. She helped us with dinner ideas and breakfast was nicely done, very tasty. All the time, we felt like she had invited us into her home and that we were most welcome! We don't travel this way very often, but have traveled a lot and this has to be one of the nicest B&B's we've stayed in. Recommend Robinwood 110%!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband was a patient at the University of Arkansas Medical Center the last week in August. What could have been an extremely stressful time was made so much easier than we expected because of the wonderful thoughtful care we received from Karen and her Mom Miriam.

The upstairs sun porch became our place to rest and replenish our spirits while undergoing the long days of testing at the hospital. The breakfast was the best we have ever had. Karen and her Mom made sure my husband had his special foods and even carried a refrigerator up the stairs to our room on the third day to make it easier for us to store the special foods he needed.

We have booked 3 nights in December for his return check up at the Medical Center. Need I say more. The Weavers of Gulf Shores, AL

Room Tip: We loved the room with the large walk in shower. Our daughter stayed in a lovely room downstairs an...

Very sweet antique home felt so welcoming and was interesting historically. It was built (if I remember correctly) in 1913 so was 10 years old. Very cool! Breakfast was delicious and the Marion room was very comfortable. Great bed and great shower too! Lovely house and neighborhood. Really enjoyed the area.

Little to add to my last review of the place. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Karen and Miriam are lovely hosts, they keep a tastefully decorated and unbelievably clean home, and my wife and I shall never tire of the pecan muffins. This time we also enjoyed a lovely morning walk in the neighbourhood. I've stayed in three or four rooms now, and they're all great - just make sure to check whether the baths come with shower (some have a jacuzzi only, no shower only). The beds have the comfiest sheets I've ever slept on.

Room Tip: The Grady Manning is my new favourite, though the fanciest is the suite downstairs.
