Stayed here for three nights with my husband. Ideally situated for most attractions, i.e within walking distance to shops, (Maceys is just round the corner), Times Square, Broadway, Grand Central. Need to take the Subway which is fairly easy to work out, to Staten Island, Be prepared for noise and heat there. The Hotel's restaurant served a lovely meal and is open quite late. There is a rooftop bar with a view of the Empire state building, Best time for this is at night. The only complaint we had was the continental breakfast included in the room price was a hit or a miss. The first morning we went down there was hardly anything left and it wasn't late. We went out for breakfast after that. Plenty of bars and eateries around the hotel. Though we kept coming back to an Irish pub just along the street The Playwrite they serve good food till the early hours the staff are very friendly.
