A 4- or 5-star establishment does not have crappy WI-FI that cuts out every few minutes. And WI-FI that cuts out completely when trying to use more than one device. And a Front Desk that does nothing to fix the problem but nods ashamedly stating that "yes, it happens when you try to use more than one device". A simple "bandwidth cost-saving exercise" on the part of the hotel?

A 4- or 5-star establishment does not charge about $100+ for a la carte breakfast, and if they do, they certainly have seating AVAILABLE for hotel guests. We were told - sorry, breakfast has been all booked out by guests and visitors - there is no room for you at all on Thanksgiving. Ridiculous. WTF?!

Dirty stained bath robe. Chipped, marked walls and decor. Filthy stained worn carpets in the room.

Trump New York - buyer beware.

We have been fortunate enough to stay at the Trump several times over the last few years. We find it the perfect location in New York. The one and the two bedroom apartments are large, the kitchen more than adequate, and the security at the hotel is excellent. The gym is well equipped and Central Park is just across the road for a run or a walk. Wholefoods next door offers everything from ready made meals to supplies to cook your own. The in-house restaurants are wonderful as is room service.
When we are too tired to go out anymore, we can sit and gaze at the New York skyline across Central Park. We are always greeted with a welcoming smile day and night and the concierges are always prompt with any requests. A fabulous New York experience.

My husband and I were in Manhatten in October and spent 2 nights at the Trump. We were welcomed by the doorman on arrival, our bags were wisked away for storage...our room, however, was not ready because we arrived early. The front desk agent, Armando, was amazing...friendly, personality plus, and a very nice young man. He checked us in and took our cell number to call us and let us know when our room would be ready. Everyone from the time we walked into the hotel, to the housekeeping staff, was wonderful. It is probably the best service we have ever received in a hotel. Donald Trump should be proud.
Our 1 bedroom suite was amazing except for the bathroom...very small.
Definitely recommend this hotel...plus an amazing concierge staff.

My husband and I stayed at the trump as we were renewing our vows in Central Park. The hotel was excellent.

The staff could not do enough for us. The park suite we had was wonderful with views overlooking Central Park.

Location was excellent. Right next to Columbus circle and 59th station so easy to get everywhere.

Would recommend this hotel to all. Would love to stay again on next trip to New York.
