I've been coming to this hotel for years on business and pleasure. I''m in the travel industry, and I have Platinum status with over 250,000 points. Don't come to this Sheraton or you'll be SO disappointed! And they were charging over $450 a night!! They cut out all decent food on the Club floor (no pastry, no fresh berries or fruit, no individual cereal boxes or oatmeal). They ran out of bagels and muffins on a Sunday 1 hr before closing. Everything is pre--made. 90% of the Club floor users were complaining and agreed they wouldn't come back, They cut the hours of the Club Floor to end at 10am on weekends -- which is 7am for West Coasters (why would I want to get up that early on a vacation??) They ran out of stirring sticks and cream for the rooms (we asked for it to be delivered -- but it never showed up) I've probably stayed 50 times there through the years -- and now I'll stop. Marriot, Hyatt, and Hilton have MUCH better club floors. If I was Starwood, I would REALLY question this manager's decisions. I stay at Sheratons in many other Cities, and this one is absolutely pathetic in comparison. People were actually bringing in their own food to the Club Fl!! Save your money and go elsewhere.
