Two experienced travelers stuck in NYC without a hotel during the blizzard of 2006, we booked the first "quality" room we could find. We trusted the Radisson name. Lobby, check-in was fine. Our first room was on a floor that was incompletely renovated: new carpet, peeling paint, new sink, worn out tub, etc. Ethernet cable too short. There was no comforter on the bed, so we asked several times for one to be brought up - housekeeping was out of the queen size, so they finally brought two twins.
After reading in bed for about 30 minutes, I noticed small, black bugs all over me! We were switched to another room, but it was impossible to find restful sleep after being crawled all over. This is a Radisson? I'll not trust Radisson again!
