We booked this hotel on price line wild card and we were not disappointed with the Price and location. The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of timesquare and close to Broadway and attractions . The bellmen at this hotel are excellent ...thank you Lefon for making our arrival easy and hassle free. Valet parking was quick and easy . The bellmen were more friendly and helpful then the snotty folks at the concierge desk! Check in was quick. They upgraded us to a room with a king size bed. The room was clean, nothing fancy and slightly dated but the bed was comfy. We did not get a view however we did not care as we did spend much time in the room. What I liked about the location is you could access the hotel from 44th or 45th. We had already read the reviews so we had breakfast down the street at the red flame for $20 for 2 as opposed to the $40 cost at the hotel. My biggest complaint is no WiFi available in your room , only in the lobby (maybe). I was never able to access and went to Starbucks instead. Would recommend this hotel for the location and cost. We paid $200 per night.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights for daughter's birthday, then started to see some reviews appear that were not so good. Spoke to travel agent who emailed hotel and got reassurances that the refurbishment programme would not affect us.

On arrival, check in was quick and helpful (Lloyd), the baggage guy (David) was very informative and we were upgraded to two 51st floor rooms that were superb. Very clean, everything worked except the mini fridges (no problem with an ice machine on each floor), bought milk for tea/coffee in Times Square Diner across 44th St. and kept it in ice bucket.

Views were to North so not the most picturesque, but were impressive. No noise at this height!

To be honest the decor probably needs a refresh but it is perfectly serviceable. I'm sure the hotel will respond about their programme to do this.

We didn't eat in the hotel (too much choice locally), but we did buy theatre tickets from the very helpful Arleen.

All the staff we met were pleasant, polite, and helpful. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard.

The location is superb, being so close to Times Square.

Finally, thanks to Christine from Deva Travel and Rori Brennan for arranging a super hotel stay.

Positioned just off Times Square within easy access to lots of attractions. Helpful and friendly staff, cannot fault the service. Our Rooms were lovely and well looked after, situated high up...Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be close to all the bizz...yet it was quiet during the night ....gym was a bit small but hey wasn't there to keep fit!...my husband and I spent 7 nights with our 2 friends and we had a blast. We reviewed many hotels prior to our trip and this exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return!

This hotel was totally amazing and cannot fault it at all. We were on the 45th floor and the room & bathroom was spotless, the maid came in everyday, made the beds and provided fresh towels and refreshed the tea, coffee facilities. We had a safe in our room which was handy and we just had to create our own pin code. We had a iron and ironing board, lots of storage space. We had a not bad view, we faced on to the H&M building, so there was no way we could get lost at night :-)
The bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out at times, it was also so big!!
We didn't eat in the hotel as we had booked room only but we found a nearby deli that provided freshly made rolls, fruit and tea, coffee, juice etc.
The hotel is right in the heart of Times Square, location is excellent.
As there were 4 of us travelling altogether as couples and the 2 men were celebrating their 40th birthdays, the

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a high floor for chance of a better view.

This hotel is 30 seconds away from Times Square, it's right amongst everything you want. Staff were friendly and courteous, however no coffee maker in room had to ask for one. Next day there were no cups or coffee and then the next day no face washers. Rooms could be kept a lot cleaner by housekeeping, the hotel could do with some refurbishment and then had to pay $12.95 a day for Wifi.

Room Tip: The higher floors would be quieter.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service delivered by Rori Brennan,
Guest Relations Manager!!! This individual sets the bar for sincerity and action to make your stay the best it can be!! Prior to arriving I was concerned about the bed size due to traveling with my son and my concerns were addressed beyond expectations with a king bed and beautiful room! There were other welcoming touches that Rori did to make it memorable and a most wonderful experience for my son and me. In addition to the incredible guest relations, I highly recommend the Millennium for its location (in the heart of Broadway/Times Square and the Theatre District) and it's cleanliness, modern facilities, quiet rooms and lobby security in the evenings. First class all the way.

Room Tip: They cannot guarantee a particular room but they are very conscientious about customer satisfaction...

Was slightly concerned after reading some of the previous Trip Advisor reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised. Hotel is a 2 minute walk from Times Square, Good Morning America studios and Toys r Us at the top of the street, It is accessible via entrances on both West 44th and West 45th Street. Room was excellent. We stayed on 27th floor, room 2717, the room was large, 2 double beds, lovely bathroom with toiletries replaced daily. Concierge was really pleasant and very helpful. Had no complaints at all and will definitely stay again.

Room Tip: 27th floor was quiet and excellent room
