My Wife and I had a really pleasent stay over the weekend. The hotel is located on broadway and time square close to all the action. The room was located on the 39th floor with a spectacular view of Time Square. Nice Room size and large flat screen Tv. Only thing I did not like was that you have to pay for WiFi. The check was quick and painless. We checked out at 11am but because our bus departed at 5:30pm, left the luggage with the hotel. Overall I recommend this Hotel.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were well equipped with fresh linen and bedding everyday and always smelt clean. Beds were very comfy. Location was perfect for what we wanted, right in Times Square and within walking distance of everything. Although we didn't eat in the restaraunt, we ordered room service which came very quickly and was tasty. Overall, a perfect hotel.

We brought our daughter and grand daughter to NYC for their first trip . This is a great place to stay. Close to so many places to visit and easy to hit the subway system and go almost anywhere. We were greeted by Victoria Martin at the front desk and she was so wonderful and spot on helpful. She got us into our room a little early and the view was fantastic. She is very customer oriented and a real asset to the staff. Thank you.

If you expect any type of customer service don't stay here at all! Stayed after a day of meetings in the city and was appalled at the lack of customer service. First I had to wait 20 minutes to check-in while the clearly available front desk agent flirted with some guest standing at the counter not-checking in. When asked if I could have a late check out, I was told that I needed to call first thing in the morning. The whole purpose of having a late check out is to not wake up early. I've stayed here before and have always been able to have the late check-out assigned during my check-in. The room was fine for a standard hotel room, but it could have been cleaned better, especially the bathroom. Avoid any times square hotels since they now charge you a $25.00 service fee for complimentary internet and phone usage. I am IHG rewards member get free internet anyways and never make phone calls. The front desk employee seemed like a drone on the day of check out and didn't have a rebuttal for this.

Can't recommend this hotel enough if you want a great central base for exploring nyc from. Subway, theater districts, rockefeller center, highline all very close by. We stayed in room 2503 & had an amazing view of Times Square. Really comfy bed. No mini bar, but corner shops close by if you need anything that the hotel can't supply (our you want cheaper). Mid to high end shops a short walk away in most locations. Concierge really helpful. Open 8-8. Regularly quiet between 8-9am. Really quiet recently refurbished room. Didn't eat in the hotel restaurant as lots to eat even if you venture on foot up broadway to central park. Cant wait to come back!

I stayed here for 5 nights in March. After reading some of the reviews on trip advisor I was a bit dubious about my stay, also I had emailed the hotel on several occasions about our booking and had no reply. Though I can say that I had no problems at all during my stay. Free wifi in the rooms, they were cleaned every day and gorgeous toiletries in the room. We didn't book a room with Times Square view but we had a view of the river and part of Times Square so I can't complain. The staff were excellent and very helpful and I would recommend it to everyone. Also extremely central and the concierge were great at helping us book different activities. The bar opened at 5pm and was a bit expensive but you had a great view of Times Square while having a drink before going out so was definitely worth the price. Also the hotel itself wasn't overly priced for being so central and modern. Will definitely be back.

We were in NYC in March and managed to get a great price offer for this hotel. What i can say is that the location is absolutely wonderful, hotel is clean, and surprisingly quiet. We took breakfast for couple of mornings - was nice but not worth the price in my opinion. Can definitely recommend this hotel!

Room Tip: the higher the better.
