Dear mpkp,

Thank you so much for sharing your recent experience at The Tuscany! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our spacious, modern rooms and amenities. We are currently working on expanding the hours, services, and menus at our food and beverage outlets—on your next visit we should be able to accommodate you for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks when you need them. And we are always delighted to offer the best of Murray Hill within a short walk of the hotel. Thank you again, and we hope to see you at The Tuscany again soon!

Warm Regards,

The room is huge and it met all of our expectations. This is my second time staying here with my boyfriend and it is amazing..not only is the hotel beautiful the staff is extremely accommodating and make us always want to come back! Both times I have been here Glenis--at the front desk has been amazing, she is SOO kind and so thoughtful always. She is one of the main reasons we are back here..it's not often you have such a nice/genuine person at the front desk of hotels. We have stayed many places in the city and this is by far our favorite.

Room Tip: The loft suites are extremely spacious and quiet!

Dear Natalie P,

Thank you so much for sharing your recent experience at The Tuscany! It is always a pleasure to welcome guests back to the hotel, and we are delighted to hear that Glenis has provided the warm, personal service that we strive to provide to each and every guest. We are so glad that you enjoyed one of our fantastic Loft Suites—we think these are hidden gems in NYC. With custom hardwood floors, furniture and the signature Maharam wall coverings, they provide a unique and luxurious experience in the heart of Mitdtown. We are delighted to be your favorite and look forward to your third visit to The Tuscany!

We couldn't have been happier with our room. It was immaculate and very comfortable. The storage was excellent, the bed linens were nice, the Samsung tv had great sound, the lighting options were good, but the very best thing about room 705 was the bathroom! The design was so nice, slate floor tiles, glass tiles in the shower and wonderful plumbing. The walk in shower was fantastic, I wish I had the same shower at home. After we checked in (very early) and went to 705 we discovered it is right next to the elevator. We thought it was going to be a problem but we had no complaints. Also, there is not a coffee maker in the room nor any free coffee anywhere else in the hotel. They say you can request a coffee maker for your room and there is a coffee shop next to the lobby called the Audrey. The location could not have been better for us. We flew into LGA, took the $13 Airport Transportation shuttle to Grand Central and walked a few blocks from 42nd to 39th Street. Later in the evening we walked a few blocks to Bryant Park to watch the ice skaters. All in all, yes...I would love to return to The Tuscany!

We recently stayed at the Tuscany, New York City for a nine night stay and were not disappointed in any way except for our initial room assignment. As we arrived very late in the evening, we were given an upgraded room on a lower floor with a poor view. This is not what we requested, first when we made the initial reservation long in advance of our arrival date and several days prior to arrival via a phone call.

When we notified the front desk that we had requested a view room on an upper floor, they went out of their way to relocate us. The new room was spacious, had a view of the Empire State building and was on an upper quiet floor. During our stay, the front desk staff including Orlando and one of the front desk staff (I believe that her name is Nia) were gracious, friendly, professional and helpful. We have been to New York, staying in different hotels to experience different areas of the City and the Tuscany is now our new favorite place to stay.

Room Tip: Book early for the best rates.

The Tuscany met and even exceeded our expectations. Comparing to Manhattan average price it is an excellent cost benefit. The room has a good size, the bedroom is huge (king size). The cleaning is perfect. The bathroom has a good size, and the shower is excellent. Free high speed wii-fi. The staff is very kind (we arrived early and there was no room available for our category, so we got an upgrade and we went to the bed immediately). There are no complaints about the hotel. I would certainly return and do recommend to everyone.

We recently staid at the Tuscany over the three day Veteran's Day weekend to see out daughter who lives in Mid-Manhatten. We could not have been more pleased. We have stayed at a number of Hotels and usually stay at the Yale Club but it was full that weekend. The Tuscany which was recently renovated had very large rooms by NY standards. The King beds were extremely confortable and had a very modern and updated bathroom. The hotel did have two elevators (may need some updating) that never kept you waiting long. The hotel is locted in a nice and quite area and accessible by foot to many areas in Midtown. The staff was top notch and were very friendly and took care of all your needs. I would certainly recommend The Tuscany and will stay there on our next trip to New York.

Room Tip: The higher the room the better. Our room was beside the elevator which always scares us a little. A...

Having spent twice the money for a small dark room nearby the week before, this was truly a wonderful find. Lovely, large room, friendly staff, view of the Empire State building, good location. I often come to New York and stay somewhere new each time but next time I will definitely return to this one.

Room Tip: South rooms are quiet and with view of Empire State building
