“Will not disappoint - big rooms”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2011

Biggest rooms I have seen in a long time (especially NYC). Suite room was large, quite and comfortable. Wireless was not free in the room, but otherwise staff was quite helpful. This hotel is a bit nicer than the sister hotel next door. Quite location as a bit further east from times square and close to grand central station. Slept like a baby.

Room Tip: Small hotel, so not many rooms per floor.

The Tuscany is a really nice hotel. Its very central and you can reach almost everything by walking. The rooms are very clean and large. The bathroom is spacious but a littlebit dark.

the staff is very friendly and helpful with everything, if you need guides to anything or if you have troubles with the room.
even if it can be a little bit loud at night, its still a great place.
Good for a second stay!

This hotel is a great place to stay in NYC. Located in a central area but not so near to times square. So you can take a rest of all that JAZZ! The room is one of the biggest I ve ever stayed. Everything is new and beatiful. My room had this great view to the Chrysler building. Very nice! The breakfast was not included but they have a breakfast in the lobby and is a good one. The wi fi works for free at the lobby or you pay extra for the room. The bathroom is excelent. There is a inside the hotel, very nice, woth grat drinks! It is located in 39th beetween lexington and park avenue. Put in the map an you will see.

Have to declare an interest - the dearly beloved is related to the present owner of the hotel so we had to stay there or else explain why we didn't.... Large spacey rooms, nice chairs and bed. Loved the chintzy furniture! Five minutes walk to Grand Central is the kicker for this hotel. Apparently, tennis players stay here during US Open. Some good burger bars and delis around the corner on Lexington and an amazing supermarket two blocks east on Third Avenue. Service was excellent, the friendliest and most caring reception I have ever experienced. They helped us get a hotel limo to avoid JFK shutdown ahead of the hurricane. Dennis is fabulous, a real treasure. Hope to come back some day!

I chose to stay here after reading all the great reviews on Trip Advisor and I'm very pleased with my choice! I stayed 7 nights, Corner King Room, view of Empire State Building, and it was huge! Justin was able to accommodate an early check-in, which was blissful after my 10 hour flight! The bed was more comfortable than my own at home, it was quiet, and the housekeeping staff worked around my jet-lagged schedule.
In addition, the hotel is centrally located, the Audrey Bar/Lounge is quite nice and chill, and if you need a taxi, the guys who work the door are angels!
I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to all my friends!

Room Tip: Originally being from NY, I wanted a view of the Empire State Building. The colors change every nigh...

We stayed here this weekend for the marathon. excellent location for a short weekend as you are right in the midtown near grand central station so easy to travel around. The staff were helpful and the room was fantastic - a view of the crystler building from our window which you can't fault! Our room number was 500 and if you can get one that side you can see it. Bed was comfortable - just what I needed after 26.2miles. I would stay again

A couple of short blocks from Grand Central makes it an ideal hotel if you are ariving by train. The staff was friendly and helpful. Orlando and Dennis went out of their way to make us feel at home, as did everyone else we dealt with, from the desk clerks to the housekeeping staff. Room was clean and very large by NY standards. It was very close to the markets, restaurants and bars on Lexington Ave and 3rd Ave, and Scotty's Deli around the corner was a great place to grab breakfast before heading out on the town. Would definitely stay her again.
