“Best Nachos!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2012 via mobile

My boyfriend and I arrived at 10.25 on a Wednesday just before the kitchen closed but in time for the midweek 10-11pm happy hour. We order chicken quesadilla from the appertisers ($10) and Nachos with ground beef ($13) to share and we were stuffed, the food was gorgeous so much ingredients on top of the chips it was wonderful. We have 4 maragritas too (2 each) the whole evening with tip was $55. The service was great and the restaurant was so cute we will definately be returning.

“Try the coconut margarita!!!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2012 via mobile

We skipped the guacamole that they make table side, just because it was like $17 for a two avocado guac. Thats just outrageous! NYC or Not! Instead we tried the salsa sampler. We liked this a lot; they were nice enough to bring more chips without having to be asked. I had the braised beef tacos. I liked them-huge portions, good flavor, but slightly dry. My husband had the New York strip special which was fabulous! My sister had the fish tacos and she enjoyed it, cleaned her plate. I LOVED the coconut margarita, no salt. Nice atmosphere, good Cuban jazz type music, outdoor seating available. Drawback: the "liquid" all over the unisex bathroom floor AND toilet. Had to "hold it" until we walked back to the hotel!

“Genuin Mexican restaurant with grea drinks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2012

Found this place randomly while wanting something Mexican in New York. And what an experience! The place is tiny, cozy with and relaxed atmosphere. The food comes in largr potions and taste genuinly Mexican - we would think we were actually in Mexico. The staff is friendly and serviceminded. They also have a grat choice of Mexican tequilas and tequila drinks - we tried quite a few :)

This place was such a nice surprise diring our stay in New York that we actually sent my parents here the week after - they enjoyed it as well.

We will gladly come back to this restarant!

“Upper East Side location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2012

Went to the UES location with my friends last night. The food was so good. The service was attentive. The music is a bit loud. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant at this location because the portions and taste of the food prepared there are so good.

“Awesome!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2012

The best dinner we had during our ten day stay this june. Nothing at all to complain about, just great food and great service. Place is small, but cosy, so no worries. We had the chicken and beef quesadillas, and they were the best we've ever had. Awesome place! Highly recommended!
