On a sketchy looking street in a part of the Lower East Side that is becoming extended Chinatown, Bacaro has no sign (as of today). Enter and you are whisked down stairs to a labyrinth of wonderful little caves with isolated tables. Absolutely enchanting. And the food is reasonably priced and extrememly innovative. We loved this restaurant and will go there again the next time we visit New York.
