It is still one of the most amazing restaurants we have ever been to. Our sommelier, was completely spot on in his suggestion of wine. Something I had never tasted before, but perfection with the dinner. The waitstaff is simply fantastic, always there without hovering. Our appetizers were a bit late, apparently we didn't notice, so they brought over some Chardonnay as an apology. The food was wonderful. The beauty of having food that is not over seasoned, allowing the flavors to shine through is an art form.
Portions size perfect. Dinner lasted 2 and a half hours and we never felt rushed, only like a welcome guest.
