We stayed here for 5 nights, we booked a standard room for 3 of us (2 adults and a teenager). After reading some reviews stating that the rooms were tired we were a bit worried but ours was ok. The teenager was disappointed that she had to sleep on a pullout couch which was justified as the mattress was rock hard! The double bed was very comfy however.
The bathroom although small felt larger because of the walk-in shower (rather than a shower over the bath).
I am not sure why Hilton do not supply wifi in their rooms (unless your are in the suites or want to pay for it on a daily basis) but really this is poor! Although you expect hotel bars to be expensive we found this one particularly expensive (more so than other NY hotels we have stayed in).
On the whole we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.
