My Girlfriend and I wanted to try something different and found a gem in the process! The bed and breakfast inn was excellent. The rooms were well done (Dizzy Room). The bed was very comfortable and the subway stop is about a block and a half away. Its very easy to get to from downtown. While we didnt take in the breakfast, there are plenty of places to eat near by. If you want to experience NYC without staying in the hustle and bustle of time square this might be an option for you. Its good for both couples and family as a young family was staying down the hall from us.
-Location to subway
-Room design (seperate tube from stand up shower was great!)
-ease of check-in
-Lots of stairs to get to third floor
-cable tv cut in and out (minor as we were not in the room much)
