I drove up to New York City to meet friends getting in past midnight. Alas, the hotel I was planning to stay at couldn't put me up for the night because of flooding so they sent me to this cute little hotel.
The room I ended up was very light and airy. A pure joy to wake up in the morning. I loved the historical and earthy feel. It would have been perfect for a romantic getaway trip to New York. I will keep this place in mind if I am ever lucky enough to be in that situation.
I adored the hotel quaintness and took many pictures. It even had little balconies you can stand outside on. Oh well it was one wonderful short sleep night.
I packed my overnight bag up after showering and walked back to my planned hotel.
