What was meant to be the main reason for coming to NYC, turned out to be one big disillusion. Even though the programming was world class, it was spoilt by the personnel of the estabishment. Extremely unfriendly, took away what might have been a good atmosphere and treated us, and others, like kids. I think it's time management and personnel attended a course on friendliness and manners, or perhaps even better, change management and management style.
