Such a cool place......

Great place to visit... Except IT'S COWDED.....

Best time to visit is early in the morning to avoid the hundreds of people visiting the park.

Kudos for this amazing concept and for making it a reality....

Cheers!

“A green respite from the concrete jungle”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

Visited the High Line Park with my 12yo son. It's a beautiful walk above all the hustle and bustle. Lots of benches and beautiful plantings. And as a bonus, Chelsea Market is very close by for a delicious snack or meal.

“What a surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

This is urban renewal at its best. What a fantastic use of disused and rundown space. Such a lovely walk, with so much to look at on the way. A true gem in this city. Loved cafe setting along the way. I would imagine a warm day it would be quite busy, as people soak up the sun. If you have some time, add this to your itinerary.

“Beautiful walkway”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

I've walked the High Line 3 times in the past 18 months, mostly in winter. It's a beautiful walkway with great views of the West side of Manhattan. It's a great place to go on a date and a great place to get some exercise. I plan on walking the High Line again and hope to do it sometime in the spring or summer when all the plants are in bloom and more alive.

“Great walk”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2013

An old elevated railway transformed to a park and recreation area. Highly recommended site to go for a walk. Plenty of places to sit, relax, eat, read, meditate - whatever you desire. Lots of people though ...
