Great ambiance, wonderful fusion food and a reasonably priced wine list. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant

“Great food, loud music, snotty server”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013 via mobile

The food here is quite good--the sea bass (at $33.00 and no rice) was fabulous. The martinis were served in an itty bitty glass and the one I had--the mango ginger--was mediocre. I, however, would not return. Our server acted as though we were lucky to have her sneer at our table, the irksome techo-pop was so loud we had a hard time hearing each other, and the food is too expensive for the portion sizes. SoHo and the Village have so many great places I can't see why I would venture here again.

“Delicious food, fantastic service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

Make no mistake, this isn't the kind of food that you would get in Thailand, but it's clearly influenced by Thai cuisine, and the result is fantastic.

We went for the 5 course menu, and we regretted to do so because we had troubles eating all the food that we got - the 4 course menu would have been enough for us. Everything was very tasty, well presented and using top quality raw materials - I was especially impressed by how tender was any kind of meat that we got.

Service was exceptional, I think we never had to call our waiter, there was always somebody paying attention to us and ready to help.

It wasn't a cheap meal, but it was definitely worth it, just be aware that if you are travelling with children, some of the dishes are quite spicy.

“Not a Thai restaurant but good food nonetheless”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2012

Based in Soho this place had great Tripadvisor reviews so we went on a whim. It is reasonably chic inside in a modern Western interpretation of a Thai restaurant but nowhere near authentic but pleasant enough nevertheless. The menu was nothing like any Thai menu I have ever seen and I have eaten at many Thai restaurants around the world (including in Thailand). That being said there were many appetising dishes that I would describe more as fusion dishes. The food was really very tasty, well presented and reasonable value. However our waitress forgot to put in our rice order, had to be chased for it and it was finally delivered after the meal had been eaten. She didn't react well to having the service charge deducted despite her error ruining our meal. Overall not a great experience but the food was very nice and reasonably priced.

“Thai at its Best”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2012 via mobile

We simply left all the plates clean, everything was delicious, exept for the time we had to wait for our table, but this Thai food it's one of the best I've ever eaten.
