Entrees average between $16-$24, which is a little pricey, considering the location. It's located on 113th St. on the basement level on a residential street composed mostly of student housing and fraternity houses.
I ordered the chicken kabobs, which were flavorful and was very satisfied with my meal. Service was average, and you drink water out of a glass about the size of a votive candle holder. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the ambiance was warm and the place was full of customers.
At the conclusion of our meal, a man (I'm guessing the owner) insisted that we needed to change the tip amount to 20% and handed one of the girls in our party a calculator. I believe that 15% is sufficient for average service, since the waiter did nothing other than take our order and deliver food, and did not ask once if we needed anything. This blatant rudeness rubbed me the wrong way, and I have not been to the restaurant since.
