“Not a typical Irish pub but more quality seafood & steak restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013

Spent our last lunch in New York at Rosies. A really good choice. We called in after a visit to Central Park so were quite late - around 2:30ish but the place was still bustling. The service was excellent but not obtrusive, good starters, we had steaks which were cooked as required and delivered quickly. Reasonable prices for New York if we visit NY again this will be a stop off.

“Not just an Authentic Irish Pub”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2013

We were looking for a good restaurant for a nice dinner....before we went on our hunt, we wanted to have a Pint of Guinness so we stopped at Rosie O'Grady's. Well, to our surprise, this is also a white table cloth restaurant. They were booked, but they told us to wait by the bar and enjoy our drinks and they would squeeze us in.... What a great decision on our part. The food at this restaurant is spectacular. I had a steak that rivaled some of the better known Steakhouses in New York. The Salmon tasted like it was just caught. Never again will I search for another restaurant when I am in New York. This is the best of everything you will look for in a restaurant.

“Love Rosie O'Grady's”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2013

This is a favourite that we first discovered on a previous trip to NY in 2009 and it did not disappoint in 2013. The service is good, the prices reasonable given the standard of food and the food brilliant. I had a lobster cocktail for entree, which was a half lobster in the shell, followed by delicious crab cakes. My husband had a steak, cooked to perfection. When you have had enough of the diners and want a meal that is a little bit tastier and classier, this is the place to come.

“Delicious food at a nice restaurant.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013 via mobile

I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you want something a step up the chain restaurants. This place has good service & good food. It a bit pricier than some of the chains but its worth it.
