“Still amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2012

After just returning from 2 weeks in Paris and eating in some of the most highly regarded restaurants, I was so pleased to experience the Four Seasons again. I have eaten here many, many times but not recently. The atmosphere was still breathtaking and the staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The food was delicious and they were super accommodating with special requests. The price is not outrageous for what you are getting and compared to France am absolute bargain. Well worth a visit. Request a table next to the pool.

“Literally a once in a lifetime experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

I went years ago for a company holiday dinner. Excellent food if you're not concerned with the prices. The first place I ever went to that had an appetizer for $75 - it was a truffle pasta appetizer but it was delicious.

“New Yorks Best Restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2012

I have been to the 4 Seasons many times but not in recent years. I was pleased to find that it remains the best dinning experience in New York. Though it is expensive, the prix fixed menue is generous and the food is superb. The service is experinced and exemplary. If you are having that one good New York City meal, this is the right place.

“What a disappointment!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2012

We visited there 8/24/2012 after a hiatus of several years. We were celebrating my "milestone" birthday. The interior was still beautiful, but the staff was old and stuffy, the food mediocre in most cases and the prices utterly ridiculous for the quality served. $30 (w/tax+tip) for 3/4 glasss of Prosecco was ludicrous. The staff was aware it was a special occassion and a promised birthday surprise never appeared. VERY DISAPPOINTING and expensive!
