First, my overall impression was what a very good restaurants. I want to go there. Second, atmosphere is also nice because the staff are very friendly and helpful and the good young chef. It is a nice place to slow down after the crazy speed of Tokyo. Third, I want to describe the service. The staffs are very, friendly and helpful. In short, the service is great. Forth, I want to describe some of the menu. Fish menus are Broiled Alaskan Black Cod in Organic Vegetable “Pot au Feu” and Green Curry, Butter Poached Maine Lobster on Potato Puree, Tommaley Confit, and Sauce Americaine and so on. Next, I will talk you about meat menus which are SGrilled Breast of Duck with Foie Gras Torteloni, “Maitake” Mushroom and Red Wine Reduction, Pan Roasted “Miyazaki” Pork Loin, Braised Riblet, Hime Apple and Sauce Dijonaise and so on. Finally, I will show you sweets menus which are Strawberry Granite, Panna Cotta and “Tres Leche” Cake, Churros and Hot Chocolate, Churros and Hot Chocolate, Strawberry Granite, Panna Cotta and “Tres Leche” Cake and so on. Fifth, I will describe the taste, feel, and smell of the food. The good young chef provides interesting Japanese/California fusion food. Sixth, describe the cost. I think the cost is not cheap for students but if you go with your parents, it good for students. Finally, I recommend this restaurant for everyone. Of course, their menus are not cheap but their services, atmosphere and taste are good so I do not think it is waste of money to pay for this restaurant.
