The food was amazing and the staff was very very friendly.

“Great food, very un-NY pricing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2013

Went here with some work associates based on a recommendation. Small cozy intimate place, food was really really good and prices were unexpectedly low for such a classy place. $18 pastas, reasonable meat mains...all around a winner.

“Great lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 6, 2013

Visited at 2.00 this week for lunch whilst shopping. Restaurant is small but cozy; friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent - multiple delicious starters, a shared pasta dish and great dessert. the wines were inexpensive but interesting. Despite being late for lunch we were not hurried out - in fact the staff had time to be even more helpful.

“Fantastic tiny Italian restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2013

What a great place. It's so small and easy to just walk past- but don't. Great food, service, and reasonable prices. This place is so authentic Italian. We had a nice bottle of Italian wine, the soup of the day (chickpea), pasta with eggplant, and ravioli w spinach, cheese, and lamb ragu. Everything is made from scratch. The kitchen is open so you can watch "the master" at work. The restaurant is tiny with seating very close together (just like most places in Italy). Our total bill, for lunch, was around $70. The wine was $40 of that. Our waiter, from Milan, informed us that most entrees and appetizers were only $10 at lunch- bonus. It's worth a stop.

“Great authentic Italian restaurant.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2013

Yummy Italian food with top notch service and an overall great experience. Chose this restaurant based on reviews and was not disappointed. Only regret is that I do not speak Italian. An authentic Italian restaurant with homemade pasta (cooked to perfection - thanks Angelo), nice portions, great wine selection and good prices. While not from New York, I would definitely return and would most certainly recommend.
