“We Felt Like We Were Back In Ireland”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2014

The restaurant/pub has a great design and feel. It really does remind one of the pubs in Ireland. We went for brunch and had the full Irish Breakfast. They pretty much nailed it in both looks and taste. If all of the Irish dishes are this good, I don't think you will be disappointed. If nothing else, go for a few pints and just hang out.

“A bargain price in Manhattan, good food, great ambience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2014

We stopped by for lunch on our way to check into our hotel, and came back for breakfast (twice) and drinks (once). The best food bargain we have found in Manhattan. Food is plentiful and tasty.

“Noisy "Irish" pub”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2014

We had dinner reservations at the Tir na Nog, which was near our hotel. The man in charge seemed confused when we got there, but "managed" to find us a table. The place was extremely noisy - we had to lip read each other to be understood. The food was adequate, but predicate\bly there was a good variety of beer on tap and in bottles. The service was a bit erratic - the waitress who was to take our order spent five minutes talking to people at nearby table she knew.
Given the lack of restaurants in this area they could do better.

“Lovely Pub”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2014

Found this pub on trip adviser and decided to check it out. Great selection of food and drinks and the Irish decor is fab, nothing like any other Irish pub we went to! Loved it and would definitely go back!

“We Had A Really Great Xmas Party Here”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 11, 2014

I was asked to find a venue for an office Christmas Party and stumbled on this place by accident while walking along 8th Avenue, which turned out to be a really good choice.

We had a party of 20 co workers and ordered finger food and beer and reserved a space at the rear of the pub, courtesy of a nice Scottish lady from Glasgow a few weeks before.

We had booked two hours in December for our Xmas party and were rewarded with a cozy space at the back of the pub.

The dips and plates were very tasty and the fruit was generally fresh. All in all ll the experience was worth it for our office party.
