Being in New York was exciting for us UK residents of Bristol, and going to a michelin star restaurant that has been on my list for 3 years was a highlight! The food was delicious and beautiful, with Japanese influences. The most wonderful part was being invited into the kitchen, and standing out of the way of the hard working chefs in a raging hot kitchen and having an explanation of the amazing stainless steel work station custom made in France and shipped to the USA, the work of each chef and the unusual methods, was fascinating. A wonderful end to our brief New York stay!
