“Love this place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2013

Love to take my wife and professors here. It's a nice, small, and quiet place in Midtown Manhattan by CP.

Love this place for 2 reasons...

1. Place I first had Harney & Sons Green Tea...
2. Cookies! Their massive cookies set the standard! Do come early though as they sell out.

“Perfect place for a quick lunch, great for Sunday Brunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2013

This is one place that seems to get better and better with time. The food is delicious, beautifully presented and served by very well trained wait staff. I specially enjoy their Sunday brunch, my guests rave about it and become addicted to this always reliable very good eatery. Prices are reasonable specially when taking into account the quality of the food.

“Better than the Petrossian restaurant next door and less expensive too”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 19, 2013

At the back of the bakery/boutique there are a half dozen tables set up for a light bite. We had salmon caviar and blini and borscht. We've had better borscht but the red caviar and blini with accompaniments could not have been more pleasing. Topped off with a refreshing proseco it was a relatively inexpensive and satisfying lunch for less than $50 before tip. Others were enjoying coffee/tea and pastries and that would be another option.

“Paris in Manhattan”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2012

The pastries here are the best this side of Paris. When I received my plain croissant, I opened the packet of butter and was ready to add apricot preserves, but never used them. The flakey pastry had a perfect flavor of butter cooked in but was not at all greasy. The yogurt was authentic mid-eastern yogurt (made in house, they say). Tangy but not too sharp. Great, great rich and creamy consistency--- not to be missed if you appreciate real yogurt. The coffee was acceptable, but not memorable as were the croissant and yogurt. Great little stop off the main drag. Located conveniently one block from the New York Ath. Club and two blocks south of the park.
