“Blissful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2014

We were lucky enough to be in NYC during the first big snow of the winter. We were seated with a stunning view of a snow covered Central Park which was definitely the icing on the cake.
The Prix Fixe lunch menu was a fantastic value for the quality and quantity of food.
I cannot say enough about how delicious the meal was. The presentation was beautiful, the service was attentive. All things worked together for a great, memorable experience.

“They have to review somethings”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 11, 2014

Asiate is,of course, one of the best restaurants in NYC.
I've been to this restaurant two times, and also this year i decided to visit it.
Let's begin saying that if i go to asiate i do also for the panoramic view they have:initially they assigned to me a table without a view; After some discussion i got a table with a Central park view.
The cousine was well-curated and good, but nothing particularly exciting.
The menu was similar to 3 years ago.

“Huge disappointment”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2014

My daughter treated my husband and me for our anniversary. She knows almost all high end eateries in New York City and is not afraid to spend for our birthday, mother's/father's day and anniversaries. Most of time, I felt those were hardly money worth. This place has awesome view from 26th(?) floor overlooking Columbus circle and Trump tower. Service was coarse compared to other high end establishments. Dishes were served in exquisitely, but taste was just ok. We were all taking prefix choices. My daughter decided to pay extra $10 and ordered lobster dish. Was BAD. She had diarrhea problem for several days, which must have been because of not fresh Lobster.

“Too bad ...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2014

... we didn't get the table at the window (which I had asked for with my reservation). Still we had a wonderful time, gorgeous food, impeccable service with a chef who obviously loves his job, with a good sense of humor, making you feel comfortable.

“Great view”

Good food. Great view. Great service. Very cool place to go. Not too crowded either. Would recommend but wouldn't visit again
