Found this place from viewing at other reviews. Simple deli but offers really good value and the food is really really good. They have seating upstairs but most people seems to take them to go.
We had breakfast sandwiches here and they melt in your mouth.

I go to the Smilers on 54th st at Madison several times a week for lunch and or breakfast. They have scrambled egg whites on the hot buffet in the morning as well as turkey bacon, which is great if you are keeping your meals in check. the cold salad area is amazing and the fresh fruit mouthwatering. For lunch I sometimes get the Italian Hero which is chocked full of fresh ingredients, and very easy to share as it really is big (depending on your appetite) There is an 8.00 minimum for credit cards, just keep that in mind. There are other Smilers arond town and the only other one I visited was near the Best Buy at 47th (?? not sure the location) it was equally as pleasing. For the value I'd say you get a good deal. They do offer inside dining area which is usually clean. This location (54th Street) is open 24-7.
