“Yum yum ....”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2014

Lovely delicious BBQ food served by a very attentive waiter named Dominic. Excellent customer service even if he was after a decent tip he got it. Food was served quickly and was fresh and tasty. I'd go back there even if others wouldn't. Try the braised beef. Delicious.

“Just ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2014

We had dinner here and it wasn't bad just ok. My food was just warm not hot. I ordered the pulled chicken and it bland. The server didn't really check on us. They give you a bathroom hand towel instead of a napkin which I didn't like. The decor was just ok. I wouldn't go back.

“Pretty good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2014 via mobile

Nice food - especially given the touristy location. The only thing that spoiled the meal was a moody, rude, apparently aggressive waiter...perhaps he needs to consider a career change - away from customer service.

“Not bad for Tourist NYC”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2014

We went with our family after visiting the Discovery exhibit. It's in a great location right off Times Square and the meal was "as expected" for NYC tourist meal. The fried chicken, pulled pork and ribs were all tasty but came out tepid, not hot. The family was mixed on the various side dishes - mac and cheese was cool, coleslaw has a lot of mayo. Everyone liked the corn muffins. We sat downstairs across from the bar - kids liked the TV screens and "sight watching" is always entertaining. The service was very good; our server was very attentive and interacted well with the children.

“Good find”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2014

We stumbled across this place on a rainy Saturday night expecting to be turned away but they found us a table immediately. The cocktails weren’t cheap but they certainly had a kick to them! Upon the server’s advice we opted for a platter which came quickly with sides of fries, baked beans and corn bread which was more than enough for two of us. We also tried key lime pie which was new to both of us. The waitress was really polite and helpful.
