My wife and I went to Le Bernardin to celebrate our birthdays. Amazing experience! First, I highly recommend the Magie Noire for a cocktail. We had the Le Bernardin prix fix dinner. First was an amuse Bouche consisting of a beet and goat choice with walnut bite, an oyster with a light vinaigrette and also a light gazpacho. Delicious. First course was the tuna appetizer over a pounded baguette. The rest of the dinner courses were paired with unbelievable sauces, so be sure to get plenty of bread for soaking up the sauces. Next was the scallop, following by the lobster and monkfish. All fantastic, but the lobster claw was a bit over cooked, while the tails were amazing. The desserts were excellent. Service was top notch and we would both recommend for any special occasion.
