This coffee shop, close to the Frick Museum, is in bad need of a major overhaul. The place is dingy, the floors are ancient and has seen better days and the tables are rickety: you could not eat without spilling your coffee. The bathrooms, although clean, need major work. After sitting down, we realized we have been to this diner many years ago before visiting the museum. There has been absolutely no upgrade noticeable from then.We had the breakfast (eggs). They were O.K. but nothing special. The service was average. There are many better delis and coffee shops in New York.
