It really does feel like a Parisian bistro, and has a warm, inviting, comfortable atmosphere. The staff is gracious and welcoming. A friend who'd been dreaming of their onion soup for a year lured me there for Restaurant Week's three-course $25 lunch special, which is a very good deal. I was surprised that their regular menu is so reasonably priced, and ordered the salmon burger from it. It was delicious, arriving with a salad so large I couldn't finish half of it. And my companion said the onion soup was everything she'd remembered. We lingered for two hours, talking and catching up, and no one made us feel like we were over-staying.
I don't know what the crowds or noise level are like at dinner, but on a winter weekday, it was a wonderful lunch spot. I'll happily return.
