Stumbled across this place looking for Sunday brunch. It's a charming, cozy little place tucked into the East Village. It has a bit of a New Orleans culinary style with Andouille sausage, Benedict de Marie Laveau, maple has browns, and other goodies. The drinks are fantastic and unique. I had Eggs Pontchartrain: pan-fried rainbow trout with poached eggs and Creole hollandaise. It was fabulous! My wife had smoked brisket hash that was made with purple potato, red onion, and hatch chili - covered with a fried egg. It was also very delicious.
Duck's Eatery brings together great chef skills with true culinary innovation. All the details were done right. What a wonderful place!
