“West Village”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 3, 2012

We stumbled on this restaurant as we were walking around. Great atmosphere, bright & sunny interior. We just wanted a light lunch and had the cheese platter with bread, it hit the spot. Food was fresh & tasty. Our server was friendly & attentive.

“German Brats, Beer & Pretzels You Can't Beat”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2012

Landbrot, a welcome new additional to the West Village has so much going for it. Not only have they nailed every detail on the build-out of the restaurant (it is really beautiful), but their german beer list (draught and bottles) is extensive, brats amazing, and the handmade german pastries are something you'll want to hit each morning with a cup of their strong fresh brewed coffee.

“Neat addition to 7th Ave South”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2012

I really like this place. First, it is inviting with big storefront windows, a clean though not sterile look and cheerful outside tables with kelly green chairs. The menu is a good size with the right amount of choices. Same goes for the beer and wine. The bakery which opens in the early morning offers delicious German/Austrian inspired breads and pastries. I bought some for a dinner party last week and everyone enjoyed them. Landbrot does a great job. I hope people dsicover it.
