“Great place for after a Broadway show”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013

Dropped in after seeing Book of Mormon and had drinks appitizer and dessert. This is a beautiful place!!! Awesome bar with plenty to choose from. They had my favorite Irish Wiskey, Talamore Dew! The desserts were great and I would go back to try dinner. Only downside was the volumn of music and high ceilings made it a little loud for my 50 year old ears, but I would still recommend this place.

“Beautiful and unique”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2013

We discovered Lillie's on the last night of our NYC vacation. Wish we had found it sooner. Alas, we had already eaten dinner so we did not sample Lillie's food. However it is certainly a place to draw you back. Beautiful and eclectic, the long narrow space is dimly lit with a very high and artistic ceiling. Lighted stained glass is the focal point of the back wall. The one-hundred foot long marble bar is the highlight. The bartender told us that it is the second longest bar in the city. It is a work of art. The music is a mix of 30's style, yet with a more modern beat. A fog/smoke machine sets off every now and again to maximize the effect of moving, colored lighting. The drink prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the location.

Do yourself a favor and stop in to see this beautiful venue. I know we will be back.

“What a GREAT find!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2013

Decided to stay down in theater district this time to NYC and the hotel (The Pearl...DELIGHTFUL) was a few doors down from this place. We were just walking by and the decor caught our eye from the sidewalk. It's Victorian and eclectic and FABULOUS! You have to see it to believe it!!! Every detail something to behold! So, sat at bar (beautiful marble!). Great wine list and beer choices too! Had an appetizer that was YUM YUM! Being from Texas, nachos are a hard item to impress me by..especially in NYC but I'm telling you....they were PERFECT! How crazy is that?? Bar tender was friendly and informative as we were asking questions about the history of the place. The next night went by but they were closed for private party (Tony award night) so headed down the street and funny enough, sitting at that bar we met the owner Tom of Lillie's (and his beautiful wife)! He told us the whole story of Lillie's and his passion for bringing this place to Broadway and a lot about the decorations etc. From all over the world they traveled to bring things here! They were charming and very fun! It made our night to actually meet them! It now has a more personal meaning to us and will definitely make this one of our must go to places when in NYC!!!

“Hidden Gem”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2013

Headed over here right after seeing Book of Mormon because it's right across the street.

This is a cute, little Victorian pub. The inside is pretty with eclectic Victorian decor and high, painted ceilings. The walls alone have you talking about stuff for a while. The food was okay and the drinks were good. It's a cute place to go and hang out with friends. I think next time I'll do a girls' night there.

“Excellent brunch and nice service!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013

I was there with my wife on April 14th, Sunday, after having attended the morning service in a church next door to Lillie's.
The brunch was very good served, with the waiter making all the changes we needed in the dishes. Food was very tasty and the place has its own charming decoration (looks like an old english victorian house). Cost-benefit ratio was average, but overall, a good experience. We did not, however, try it at night, when it assumes its more pub-like origin.
