Looked everywhere for a contemporary NY hotel and found the perfect match. Excellent accommodations and amazing beds! Short walk to Times Square. LCD tv's in elevator eliminate akward silence. Staff was very helpful. Everyone should stay here...

Stayed at the NY Westin Times Square 8/8-8/11. It was a wonderful Hotel. Very close to Times Square/Theatre Dist. The room was not as small as I had expected from reading other reviews. The shower head was great! The sink and counter space in the bathroom was very limited for most women's things. The bed was very comfortable, couldnt get the room cold enough for all of the down blankets on bed. After checking out and leaving my husband realized he left his wallet in the safe. We called security and they checked the room 2x and found it, Fed Ex'd to us right off. Our friends in another room also left things, the maid had found them and returned them. The Hotel does not call you if they find things left behind, they put it in lost and found and leave it to you call. Overall it was a great stay, hotel was quiet and you can get away from the noise in Times Square. I'm sorry to say we did not make it to the SPA. We did eat at Shula's, it seemed expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.

I travel regularly to New York...and the westin times square was by FAR the BEST hotel I've stayed in! The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make my trip absolutely perfect. When i was checking in...I was upgraded to a BEAUTIFUL corner room..so I had windows almost all the way around the room. It had a nice view of the city. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom..and the heavenly shower and heavenly beds were indeed HEAVENLY! The showers had 2 showerheads on them and the beds were soo soft. Definitely a plus. The food in the hotel was pretty good, a bit expensive, but so is every other place in NY so thats OK! The location of the hotel was pretty nice..good for theater-goers. The next time i got to NY..i plan on staying at the westin again! After being there and talking with the great staff... I wouldnt stay anywhere else!

Stayed at the Westin on Saturday, Aug 9th and loved it. The room was a nice size. The beds and and linens were so comfortable. Everything was decorated very modernly. I would highly recommend this hotel. I didn't hear any street noise and were were on the 14th floor. If we opened the window you could hear noise but, but who opens a window in August?
Hotel staff was very nice and the hotel in centrally located to everything. It is right near all the theatres, which is great if you are seeing a show!
