We checked out loads of hotels before deciding on this one. Really pleased with our choice. Only been open a year so feels new. Rooms were excellent...we had a premium room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed so comfortably slept a family of four. Has two bathrooms and a kitchenette. Our only concern was that the room was very cold and we couldn't work out how to switch off the air conditioning. It is also quite noisy. However after the first night we spoke to the hotel and they sent up an engineer.
Very close to Times Square (10 minutes walking away) and in a quieter street so not disturbed by street noise. We walked to most places including Central Park...35 blocks away but only an hours stroll.
There's a buffet breakfast but we decided to eat out. Looked good though. Staff very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend for your visit to New York...and only two blocks from Penn station so public transport an option.
