OK - so I think that "best burger ever", is certainly a stretch. But because of the high volume of customers this place sees, the burgers and fries were definitely hot and fresh! Don't be expecting fresh cut fries and a large thick patty though. Fries are crinkle-cut and the patty is thin (think Wendy's). Price is comparable with similar type joints in the city. If you are visiting alone, best to grab your food "to-go" and head elsewhere to enjoy your meal - seating is SUPER limited and the place is always packed. If you are visiting with friends, best bet is to have one person stand in line to do the ordering and the other watch like a hawk to grab a table as soon as you see someone stand up. That's how we (and others) got ours! Wish we had tried the shakes or concretes. I would come back here if I was in the area and pressed for something fairly priced to eat in a hurry.
