Because of the hurricane Sandy our Hotel was closed and with short notice we got in at Hotel Hilton Times Square, our reason for travelling to NY this weekend was for the Marathon. When we landed at JFK we were told the Marathon was canceled and we were really disappointment but any way we planned to continue our trip and have really fun in NY. Peter in the reception at Hilton Garden gets our biggest complement of all people we meet in NY. He really served and helped us to make our trip extremely good. Hotel Hilton you are really lucky with all your staff, give them 5*. You are the best because of them:)

We just spent a long weekend at the Hilton Times Square. We were in a corner King Room and really enjoyed the extra space. As others have noted, this hotel is conveniently located to the shows and restaurants of Times Square. The hotel is surprisingly quiet, despite being so close to everything.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff at the front desk, at the bar, and at breakfast were professional and courteous. We'll definitely be back!

The only suggestion for the hotel is that they need to update their wi-fi policies --- $13.99 for inroom wi-fi is old school for a modern hotel, especially when they are charging per device.

Just stayed here for 4 nights. Picked the property due to proximity to meetings I was attending and because I am a Hilton Honors gold member. I had reserved a king corner hypoallergenic room but was put in a king deluxe on the 39th floor, with the desk clerk claiming it would be a bigger room. I do not believe that was true plus we then had a lesser view. The room was okay, clean and reasonably comfortable. Room service breakfast was prompt and hot although inconsistent. Food eaten in the bar area was mediocre...salad had brown lettuce. I would also note that the in room mouthwash does not come in a sealed container. Did not use it for that reason. For over $400 per night, I would not stay there again. (Also did not like being in the midst of the craziness that is Times Square.)

Irena at the front desk service does a great job ! She is very helpful, always available and helpful. With her suggestions & advises any problem can be solved. She finds the best solutions to fullfil each request, has always a nice smile sticked on her face compared to some other employees working there too.

I booked HST on Tingo for around $155(including tax), and the stay proved that it is really worth the money. The room is very spacious, as you can see in the uploaded photos. The location couldn't be more convenient. You can immediately feel the amazing atmosphere of the center of NYC right after walking out of it. Will book it again if visiting NYC next time.

I was out of power and water in the lower eastside and was lucky enough to stay in the Hilton for a couple of days! Peter was so accommodating words can not express. He checked us in early, and gave us complementary drinks for the evening. I felt so comfortable and so did my family!!! I would go back anytime. God Bless You Peter. Thanks for everything!!! Ann Marie D.

Nice hotels in NYC are certainly not cheap, but HTS is worth the money. Very clean and comfortable room.Location can't be better, especially for first time tourists. You walk outside and you're right in the middle of the action. The fever of Times Square is just amazing. Staying one week in Hilton Times Square with my girl was a lovely experience, despite Sandy and cancellations of trips. Special thanks to Chad Nathan and Peter Arons for their kindness and professionalism. If you have any special request they 'll take care of it. Will certainly return to HTS on a next visit to NY.
