If you're down at the bottom of Manhattan, this store is worth a visit, some bargains to be had! We made the mistake of walking back and it was a long way! Go on the water taxi

“Store is a logistical nightmare but some good finds!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2013

This "department store" has the worst layout I have ever seen. Try to find shoes - it is a wreck, scattered between twists, turns, various levels in the bowels of the store. Not sure if there is a waste disposal area down there but the odor was horirfying by womens sandals. Checkouts are a nightmare and I have never seen cashiers move so slow....all of them.

Having said this, you can get Jimmy Choo, Chloe, Prada and more at amazing prices. It seems to be hit-or-miss, but some good finds are here if you have the patience!

“Clothes, Shoes, Acc, Bags, Cheap designer labels!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

Imagine TK Max selling US brands but ten times better and cheaper and you have Century21. They have so much for sale and the store is huge. You can shop for hours, they even have a restroom if your there long enough to need one. The brands are great, ones I can remember were Juicy Couture, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Armani, Ralph Lauren, Chloe, Stone Island, Lacoste, Nike, Levi's, there are so many! They have a shoe store downstairs and sell kids stuff too. It is much cheaper than uptown and they have great sales. Once we picked up a stone island coat that was $1500 down to £250 and it is amazing! It is also opposite the WTC memorial site so can find it easily and its near to Wall Street if you fancy popping over there to see the stock exchange.

“A bland retail experience”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

I'll start out by saying that shopping for clothing isn't my favorite thing to do; I'm a need-based shopper - not one to browse and wander. So, this store disappoints on many levels. Physically, it's a wreck. Logistically, the men's department is currently scattered across the store's various floors. But most importantly, the merchandise is worth exactly what it's priced at. Sure, there is discounted 'luxury label' merchandise, but anyone with a critical eye will realize that most of the stuff is "B-grade" items designed for outlet malls. I doubt much of this merchandise was ever retailed by a true luxury retailer.

You'll see a lot of label-conscious people filling up plastic baskets with piles of this off-kilter merchandise, congratulating themselves on their 'big scores'.

I'd rather wait for a decent sale at a top line retailer with a better environment and a higher quality merchandise.

“Dont miss this chance for some good bargains”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 28, 2013

Ventured into this store and managed to stay for a few hours.
What a great place, good bargains, and so much to choose between.
Managed to find some great things and left very happy indeed.
